These are some common questions that new or existing clients might have about accessing services with Gotcha Covered Support! Services.

I am a participant with a self-managed NDIS plan. Can I access your services?

Absolutely. Being self-managed means that you have 100% choice when it comes to accessing support services. If you are self-managing your Capacity Building and/or Core categories then you can access Gotcha Covered! Support Services. Contact us if you are unsure and we can help you verify what services have access to.

I am a participant with a planner-managed NDIS plan. Can I access your services?

Absolutely. Being planner-managed, like being self-managed, means that you have 100% choice when it comes to accessing support services. If you have a third party managing your Capacity Building and/or Core categories then you can access Gotcha Covered! Support Services with their assistance. Contact us if you are unsure and we can help you verify what services have access to.

I am a participant with a NDIA-managed NDIS plan. Can I access your services?

Gotcha Covered! Support Services is currently not a registered NDIS provider. This means that if your Capacity Building and/or Core categories are being fully managed by the NDIA you will not be able to access our services. Contact us if you are unsure and we can help you verify what services have access to.

Do you have a clinic that I can visit?

No, we do not have a clinical location as we are currently committed to a community-based only delivery of services, giving the participant control over where and how they access our services. This means that you may meet with us, or access our services in your home, school, workplace, local park, shopping centre etc.

I am interested in attending one of your events. How do I sign up?

Our events are planned so they are as safe and fun as possible for everyone involved. This means that attendance to these events and workshops are not open and unrestricted, so that we can always make sure that carer and participant ratios stay at an acceptable level. This means that if interest is high, not everyone will be able to attend due to group number restrictions. If you are interested in attending any of our events or workshops, then please follow the instructions on the event as soon as possible to show your interest (eg. filling in a form). We will then contact you with more information when booking numbers are finalised.

What are your opening hours?

Our office hours are from 9.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are however available after hours via email for urgent enquiries or concerns. We also may hold events outside these hours, including weekends.
