What We Do
Gotcha Covered! is a family-owned disability service whose mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of children and adolescents living with disabilities. We have first-hand experience caring for and raising loved ones with significant additional needs.
Our skilled and qualified staff includes an Occupational Therapist, OT Therapist Assistant and Disability Support Workers, striving daily to help kids achieve their goals, reach their potential and enhance their quality of life.
Whether it’s through individual, group or blended approaches, the participant’s and their families’s goals and outcomes are paramount to all services provided by Gotcha Covered! Support Services.

Meet Our Staff
Occupational Therapy
Gotcha Covered! Support Services offers Occupational Therapy assessments, community-based intervention, planning and reporting for children and adolescents living with disabilities. Our OT is also available for parent and school consults and equipment or resource recommendations.
Therapy Assistance
Our Therapy Assistant carries our therapy plans devised by our OT with the aim of increasing your access to interventions and enhancing your therapeutic process. We are also happy to implement therapy plans written by your own Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist or Physiotherapist.
Social & Community Participation
All staff members assist participants in accessing the community, engaging in social interactions and supporting the development of their social goals. Regular individual and group outings are available. Gotcha Covered! is happy to tailor social and community access according to individual needs and interests.
Skills Development
All of our staff are available to assist participants in skill acquisition and supporting the development of other interests. This may include cooking, money management, employment preparation, computer skills, gaming (TCGs, RPGs, board games, video games) or support during scheduled skill activities such as workshops or lessons.
CORE Support
Our Disability Support Workers provide access to the community to complete age-appropriate activities of daily living eg. picking up school supplies or attending appointments. We also provide in-house domestic support, including assistance with meal times, morning/night-time routines and self-care assistance.
Group Events
Gotcha Covered! offers a variety of fun and engaging group activities during weekends and school holidays. These events are a great opportunity for participants to meet social goals and access the community. Events may include trips to the city, concerts, conventions, movies, sporting events, bowling and arcades.
